Liberty Lecture Series

The Liberty Lecture Series covers different aspects of political, social, economic, and national history. Each lecture is based on the scholarly work of the guest lecturer. This series is co-sponsored by the St. John’s Church Foundation and the Valentine Richmond History Center.


Dates: No Liberty Lecture Series events have been scheduled for Fall 2011.


Location: The Liberty Lecture takes place inside the church. Book-signings take place inside the Visitor Center. Lunch is held inside the Parish Hall.


Audience: Appropriate for adults and older students


Program Length: Lecture is approximately one hour.


Costs: Lecture is FREE.

Lunch is $10.00 by reservation only.

Books may be pre-ordered or purchased at the event.

Tickets distributed starting at 1:00 pm. Patriotic music begins at 1:30 pm. Reenactment program begins at 2:00 pm.
